Dubai Deals — Free Shipping Across the UAE

At Dubai Deals, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused or unworn, with its original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

These conditions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return

Email uaemarket667@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return the item. We will also confirm the collection or shipping arrangements and any applicable return shipping costs before you proceed.

Please request a return before sending any items back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact uaemarket667@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, opened or used personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or gift cards.

These exclusions do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

Contact us to request an exchange. Exchanges depend on product availability. We will confirm the return and replacement arrangements before you send the original item back.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

For orders paid electronically, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we will confirm the refund method and expected timeframe with you when approving the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
